X-ACT Experiential AI Collaboration Training for Future-Oriented Business Leadership

The X-ACT project prepares business students for the future of work by helping them develop practical skills for AI-driven environments and for leading hybrid human–AI teams. Through a multilingual, experiential leadership training simulation that combines virtual reality and generative AI, the project supports digital transformation in higher education. It also encourages the broad, open-access use of this innovative learning approach across business schools in Europe and beyond.
