For individuals
Young people from Neighbouring countries are able to apply for both:
Young people (18-30) can apply by directly contacting the project coordinator.
2. New European Solidarity Corps projects
Young people should register to European Solidarity Corps portal https://europa.eu/youth/solidarity_en
Click on the ‘JOIN THE CORPS!’ button displayed on the bottom side of the page and then:
• 1st step will be to create an EU Login account for the email address they would like to use as login or just click on Facebook or Twitter or Google and login with the associated credentials
• 2nd if they have created EU Login, then they have to login with the email address and start the creation of the European Solidarity Corps profile; if they chose one of the three social media networks, then they should just continue the creation of the European Solidarity Corps profile
Once registered, young people can apply for projects. It is still also possible to apply by directly contacting the project coordinator. In that case, the young person will have to register to the portal at a later stage in order to be able to access training material etc. We highly recommend that anyone interested register to the portal.
For Organisations
Accreditation
Organisations holding a valid Erasmus+ (formally called EVS) accreditation can participate in the new European Solidarity Corps without holding a Solidarity Corps Quality Label.
More information can be found here: https://europa.eu/youth/solidarity/organisation_info_en
Any new organisation from Enlargement and Neighbouring countries wanting to join the Solidarity Corps and not having a valid EVS Accreditation anymore has to get a Quality Label to be able to host volunteers.
Applications for the Quality label should be sent to the corresponding regional SALTO Office: https://www.salto-youth.net/rc/euromed/
