Impact4Youth –Advancing Impact Measurement Practices to Improve Capacities and Learning Pathways for Youth Organizations
Youth organizations play a important role in fostering social development, education, and employability for young people, throught implementing projects aimed at empowering youth by non-formal education, skills training, and community engagement. However, despite their widespread efforts, many organizations still struggle with effectively measuring the impact of their initiatives, and managing the data that proves as evidence to their work.
Without robust Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) practices, it becomes challenging for youth organizations to assess the long-term benefits of their programs, demonstrate their effectiveness to stakeholders, and make data-driven improvements.
Considering the importance and the role of Youth Organisations, and the work being carried, The Impact4Youth Project is targeting to enhance Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) methodologies for participating youth organizations, and improving their youth work in Israel and Egypt, ensuring that their programs effectively contribute to positive social change.
By developing structured impact measurement training frameworks (by Luminata), together with developing improved Youth Working Methodology (by IASIS) the project aims to equip youth organizations, field workers, and overall trainers, with the tools, strategies, and methodologies necessary to assess, track, and improve their initiatives’ effectiveness.
Through a combination of capacity-building, data-driven decision-making, and cross-sectoral collaboration, the project will strengthen the ability of youth organizations to quantify their social impact, demonstrate outcomes to stakeholders, and make evidence-based improvements to their activities. To achieve this, the project will implement needs assessments, stakeholder engagement activities, and pilot initiatives that test impact measurement methodologies in real-world settings.
