Interactive Workshop: Traineeship Strategies for Higher Education

On 20th May, NEO Israel hosted the Interactive Workshop: Traineeship Strategies for Higher Education to support Higher Education Institutions in developing structured traineeship programs and fostering collaboration with industries. The workshop addressed existing gaps in institutional frameworks and industry engagement, presenting practical solutions and showcasing successful models.

Participants gained practical tools to design and implement effective traineeship programs, along with best practices for enhancing collaboration between academia and industry. The workshop also provided insights on aligning traineeship initiatives with national regulatory frameworks, ensuring quality and compliance.
