Israel-Italy Contact Seminar

On 7-8 September 2020 the first Italy-Israel Contact Seminar took place between the Italian and Israeli institutions of higher education. The seminar was held in order to create a virtual platform for institutions to meet with one another and discuss potential cooperation opportunities. Throughout the seminar, the participants took part in a round table discussing Italy-Israel cooperation and the impact of COVID-19 and held institutional meetings. The seminar was hosted by Chair of the Planning and Budgeting Committee of CHE, Prof. Yaffa Zilbershats and the Italian Ambassador to Israel, Mr. Gianluigi Benedetti. The seminar was attended by 24 Israeli institutions and 11 Italian institutions.
