Joint Degrees
Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree
EMJMDs are high level integrated international study programme of 60, 90 or 120 ECTS, delivered by an international consortium of higher education institutions. Selected EMJMDs will be supported through a grant agreement covering one optional preparatory year and three consecutive student intakes (4 or 5 year grant agreements depending on the length of the study programme).
What are the aims of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees?
Currently EMJMDs are developed by a core consortium of 3 Programme HEIs while an Israeli HEI can participate as an additional partner and can only receive students after the complete 3 semesters in programme HEIs. At the new 2021-2027 Erasmus programme the status of Israeli HEIs will shift to full partners with the same benefits as programme HEIs.
We wait for the publication of the new Call for Proposals which will confirm this however encourage you to start thinking of interesting and innovative new Joint Master Degrees. Below you can find information and presentations that might assist in the planning.
