Field monitoring visits

 

Capacity Building project will be, at least, twice monitored by the staff of the Israeli National Office (NEO).

The monitors aim to:

 

 

 

 

There are 3 types of monitoring that can be conducted:

 

Preventative monitoring aims at getting information on the rules & procedures established within a project; review of objectives, priorities, methodology, planned activities.

Advisory monitoring provides recommendations on both content and financial aspects of the project

Although most of the project monitoring activities will take place during the project implementation phase (contractual period), the Agency might also request to conduct an impact monitoring to asses the impact and long-term sustainability of the projects after the end of their funding period.
 

Below are a few tools that can assist the Israeli coordinators and/or partners to best prepare for the visit as possible. 

 

1. Before a Field monitoring, projects will be asked to fill in this presentation template according to the tips, notes and guidelines writen within and send back to the NEO.

 

2. This is a simplified version of the  guidelines and explanation as to what to expect during the visit.
